Policy
Our refund and exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange of items damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product would have had to be damaged in shipping. Upon receipt of your purchased product from our preferred carrier please inspect your case to make sure no bottles have been broken. If any bottles have incurred damage please provide proof of this incident by taking a picture of the damaged bottle and sending us a picture via email at [email protected] within the 7 day timeframe.
This documentation will allow us the opportunity to file a claim on your behalf with the carrier responsible for the delivery. After the claim has been processed we will then be able to compensate you with the product you lost or submit a refund equal to the value of damaged product.
Food and drinks are considered perishable goods and cannot be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however we assure you that if you are delivered any product that is beyond the expiration date we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.
To complete your exchange or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and documentation of the expired product.
Once documentation is verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received notice of your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns
We only replace items if they are expired or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {[email protected]}
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping if returning your item. Documentation of damaged or expired goods will suffice for refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, based on our policy the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
