Rest
Rest gives us healthy success. When our minds and body experience these calming effects, we can recover and rejuvenate ourselves properly. Did you know if you got adequate rest your mood would be better, you would have more memory, maintain proper weight, minimize stress, have a stronger immune response, improve social skills, have more productivity, and better mental health.
No wealth is better than a healthy body, and no gladness is better than happiness in one’s heart.
